Mickey McDonald is a former Major League baseball player with many years of experience in the sport, and a passion for helping young athletes find their swing. Mickey's dedication to his craft is unmatched and his style of coaching fosters confidence and calm among the athletes he coaches. After playing professional baseball in the minor leagues and majors, he finally found his sweet spot: Working to develop young athletes into smart, successful hitters. Working alongside his dad, he offers group sessions as well as individual sessions for both male and female athletes.

Ray has been a part of the baseball and softball scene in the Bay Area for over 30 years. He founded the West Bay Warriors with just 8 players and has since grown that program to one that connects athletes with their dreams to play at a high level, and gives them the tools they need to achieve great things. Ray has always been a dedicated hitting coach, offering unwavering support to every player who shows up to put in the time and the work it takes to get better. He is a formidable opponent and has a unique way of teaching others to be the same.
